ZaZa opens its first grill on Brewer Street, Soho. Six tables. Queue around the block from day one.
2021
The Butterfly Breast goes viral online. Overnight marination becomes our signature.

Manchester Northern Quarter opens. The North gets its first taste of Zaza heat.
